+I ROCK+

Time: About 4 hours
Materials: Pencil and paper for sketch, artist's loft illustration pens for linear, and copic markers and rose art colored pencils for coloring.

This was a simple and playful drawing that was fairly easy to draw. I was aiming towards bright happy colors and i guess i "sorta" got that but maybe it just had to do with the limited number of colors i had ^^". I'm hoping on getting more markers soon. XD

I tried a little bit different coloring technique this time. Instead of making hard shadows that were crisp, I changed it to a little more subtle... i think. This time i tried layering and trying to blend the colors more. I also think i got a little bit better on the anatomy since the head isn't as big, although my sister kept making comments that the upper torso looked awkward? idk. The background had soooooo many changes! First, I tried nothing... but like joanna said before no one really wants to look at white space. Then, i tried polka dots but it was too much. After that, i tried stripes and it looked REALLY bad. So, then came this background. I thought it wasn't too much or too little and it matched the mood pretty well. Even though my orange marker is gonna need a rest.

I'm open to any helpful suggestions
